Job Description:
3 + Year of US Recruitment Experience is a must

Finds matching resumes by screening Job board, postings in Job Boards, Social Media networks,
Sourcing thru candidate Referrals and thru preferred vendors.
Prepares sourcing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Updates Technology knowledge/terminologies by reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations/groups.
Must be ambitious, have strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Be a fast learner with strong problem solving skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Positive & winning attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and effectively communicate at all management levels.

Skills/Qualifications:

Recruiting, Building Relationships, People Skills, Initiative, Verbal Communication, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills.
3 Yrs. of US Recruitment Experience.
People with a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree are preferred.
